Veterinary practices run rapid tests every day. Someone reads the result by eye, writes a word in the chart, and nothing else survives. LateraDX builds both halves of a better version: multiplex assays that get more out of one sample, and a reader that turns a phone photograph into a measurement anyone can check afterwards.

Most rapid test results are never recorded as more than a word

Rapid tests are run millions of times a year at the bench, read by eye, and recorded — when they are recorded at all — as a single word in a chart. No image survives. Nothing aggregates.

SNOW turns a photograph into a measurement, and a measurement into a record

Where the science originates

LateraDX is an early-stage company built on multiplex lateral-flow and reader technology validated through research conducted at The Ohio State University. Two of the three executives hold appointments there, and the oncology biomarker work originates in peer-reviewed research from those labs.
